Griffith University と IETLS/TOEFL

うちの大学の場合、学士課程で必要な英語スコアは以下の通り。

• A minimum score of 550 on TOEFL; or
• A computerised TOEFL score of 213
• An internet-based (iBT) TOEFL score of 79 (no score less than 19);
• A minimum overall band score of 6.0 on IELTS with no sub-score of less than 5.5; or
• No score less than 3 in each skill of the ISLPR

そんで、修士課程入学に必要な英語スコアは以下の通り。

• A minimum score of 570 on TOEFL; or
• A computerised TOEFL score of 237;
• An Internet Based (iBT) TOEFL score of 88 (no score less than 21);
• A minimum overall band score of 6.5 on IELTS with no sub-score of less than 6.0; or
• No score less than 3+ in each skill of the ISLPR

おいおいおい、すげー低いじゃないか。TOEFLのスコアは以前より10点ずつ下がってるし。やっぱりうちの大学はへっぽこレベルなのねん。私のIELTSのサイトに来てくれている人の殆どは、Overall Band Score 7.0 を狙ってますよ。本当にウチの大学も今年の7月からレベルを上げるんでしょうかね。それだと今学期入学できた人はラッキーですな。Band 6.5と7.0じゃエライ違いだもの。

ちなみに、博士課程入学に必要な英語スコアは以下の通り。

• an overall band score of 6.5 on the IELTS with no band score less than 6.0. The IELTS must be completed in the academic module; or
• a score of 580 on the Paper-based TOEFL including a score of no less than 5.0 on the Test of Written English (TWE); or
• a score of 237 on the Computer-based TOEFL, including an Essay Rating score of no less than 5.0; or
• a score of 92 on the Internet-based (iBT) TOEFL with no sub-score less than 22; or
• a score of no less than 3+ in each skill of the ISLPR
